This Mayan pouf is the key to adding a dash of texture to your living room floor!

Made from vintage huipil (traditional Mayan blouse), this huipil was previously worn by an indigenous woman, has deep-rooted cultural significance and is in a vintage condition it also has textiles from repurposed traditional hand-woven cortes.

This pouf was sustainably crafted exclusively for Tesoros Maya by our artisan family in Chichicastenango, Guatemala. Each pouf is completely one-of-a-kind, so have fun choosing a piece that only you will ever have!

 Features:

• Originally a vintage Mayan blouse (Huipil) from the region of Chichicastenango, Guatemala now re-purposed into a stunning pillow cushion
• 100% Cotton.
• Zipper Closure.
• Measurements: 24" inches Wide x 24" inches Long x by 12” inches in Height
• Perfectly fits 4 standard pillows but you can also stuff the pouf with old clothes, blankets stuff animals, extra comforters, sleeping bags, or grab some batting from any craft store and stuff it to the perfect softness

Please keep in mind that all fabrics are handwoven and due to the authenticity of textiles, small imperfections are what makes them beautiful and unique, not defective.
