Return Policy

Due to the handmade nature of our collection, the color and pattering will very slightly from piece to piece. This makes our artisan products uniquely charming and distinct from factory-made accessories. Imperfections are to be expected and appreciated. 

  • Please note that all sales are FINAL.

    • We cannot exchange or return an item if you have simply changed your mind, so please choose carefully and read product descriptions thoroughly.

    • However, we want you to be happy with your purchase and we'll gladly work on replacing your item.  Please note that the exact item you ordered may no longer be available.

    • If we make a mistake with your order please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. Any requests submitted after the 7 day window will not be processed. Send email to: info@VidaMaya.com

    • Customer is responsible for shipping fees on all returns. ​​ Please be sure to read our disclaimer on artisan made items. 10% restocking fee will be charged to all returned orders. The merchandise must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund.

    • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost/damaged returns. We do not offer exchanges due to the nature of our one-of-a-kind products.

    • If you would like to cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel an order once it has been placed.

 

  • All sale items, including those purchased with promotional code, are final sale.
  • Vida Maya is not responsible for lost or missing packages. We cannot replace items once a tracking number is provided.
  • ARTISAN DISCLAIMER: Please note that due to the vintage nature of some of our products, normal variations in the patterns may be considered normal. Huipil products in particular may have snags and minor imperfections. These imperfections do not mean the product is damaged or defective.​
