By popular demand, we are bringing you these authentic Guatemalan belts for you to wear as it's original form...a belt ("faja"). These are traditional belts from Guatemala used by Mayan women to hold up their skirts. They were entirely hand woven on a back strap loom.
Belts are made in different lengths and widths. Most of them are wrapped several times around the waist with the ends tucked into the skirt.
This handwoven textile belt has two ring closures to make this belt easy to wear and adjust.
If the end is to long for you, you can simply cut the end of the belt to adjust it to your preferred length and leave the ends raw.

I love these Kimono’s. I wear them over my workout clothes, so then I can stop at the Grocery store on my way home. I also pack in my travel bag, to wear on a cool night or as my robe. I get many compliments.
