This stunning pre-loved top has been made entirely by hand. It features three panels joint together. A stunning vintage panel in a dark blue background in the center with traditional hand-woven soft material; "gauze-like" fabric on the sides. This top features a stunning geometric embroidery around the collar, traditionally known from the Mayan village of Nebaj, Quiche, Guatemala.
One of our top sellers, Nebaj blouses are known for their hand-embroidered tribal figures that look like hieroglyphics that are hand-embroidered along with Mayan symbols in horizontal rows to create gorgeous, one-of-a-kind textiles.
The Mayan birds are called Tz'ikin. They are associated with freedom, creativity, and spiritual guidance. It is often associated with artists, musicians, and visionaries.

- Condition: Great pre-loved condition. The embroidery is stunning and vibrant. In great vintage condition with a some loose threads at the bottom ends, please note that the center panel is longer than the sides. If this bothers you, I might be able to tailor it to make it even.
