LARGE RAINBOW REBOZO - VINTAGE MAYAN WRAP
Our Vintage Rainbow Rebozos are our favorite! This unique wrap features traditional Mayan embroidery and ikat hand-dying techniques.
Complete with pompom trim details, this rebozo was hand-woven in the region of Totonicapan, Guatemala. Traditionally woven on a back-strap loom by female artisans. Worn by a Maya women, this piece is pre-loved and carries a long history that makes it incredibly unique. This over-sized wrap is customarily used as a shawl, baby wrap or during child birth. I promise it will last a lifetime and keep you cozy wherever you live and whatever you use it for.
Would be great to keep you warm on chilly summer nights or use as a table runner or a throw to add an ethnic look to your home.

Generally fair vintage condition with a some loose threads and wear mainly at the ends. The entire body of the rebozo is in great condition. The bottom part has some pre-loved signs with some worn pom-fringes but they do not affect the structure of the rebozo. The colors on this rebozo are so vibrant and stunning!
