Shipping policy

• Most of our products are are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with a tracking number, from our warehouse located in Dripping Springs, Texas. Your tracking number will be sent once your order is shipped. 
  

• Please allow 2-3 business days (exclude weekends and major holidays) for your order to process prior to shipment.

• Please allow additional shipping time 4-7 days for USPS delivery. 

• We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Only items shipped via Priority Mail include insurance of up to $50 (insurance claim must be submitted via USPS). If you would like to purchase additional insurance, please let us know.

• Standard USPS Rates:
• Small Items — $6.50 / $7.60
• Medium Items — $13
• Large Items – $19

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• We also ship directly from Guatemala via DHL Express. At checkout, you will be tonified if your bag will be shipping from Guatemala or Dripping Springs, Texas.

• Please allow 2-6 weeks for your custom order to be processed- we will be provided with weekly status updates.  

• For DHL shipments from Guatemala, be aware that customs and duties taxes may be charged by your country upon arrival. Tesoros Maya is not responsible for these fees and cannot determine how much they will be. These taxes are determined by the destination country and are not included in your shipping costs. All duties and taxes must be paid at time of delivery.

• Tesoros Maya abides by all national and international laws. We do not pay custom duties or VAT on any product purchased through our website. These charges are not included in the price of our products. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to find out the laws in your own country and to pay all customs charges, duties, or VAT. We will not falsify the customs documents either.
